The Theme for EUROPA 2018 is Bridges. Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a set of two stamps and a miniature sheet on 27 Apr 2018 on Bridges.

The Bridges featured on stamps are

Bridge in Visegrad – Mehmed Pasa Sokolovic Bridge  over Drina river constructed in 1577.

Bridge in Trebinje -Arslanagic Bridge  or Hajdar -Begova Cuprija double backed structure built under the directions of Grand Visier Mehmed Pasa Sokolovic in 1574.

50th Anniversary Royal New Zealand Ballet – Swan Lake Ballet on Stamps

New Zealand issued a set of stamps on 05 Mar 2003 to mark 50th Anniversary of Royal New Zealand Ballet. One of the stamps depicts the Swan Lake Ballet.

Swan lake Ballet was originally composed by a Russian Pyotr IIyich Tchaikovsky in 1875-76. Despite initial failure it is now one of most popular of all Ballets. The scenario,initially in two acts was fashioned from Russian and/or German Folk Tales and tells the story of Odette, A Princess turned into a Swan by an evil sorcerer’s curse.

Blue Wonder Bridge is commonly used name for Loschwitz Bridge in  Dresden. It is a cantilever truss bridge over the river Elbe in Saxon Capital Dresden. It connects the residential areas of Blasewitz (left bank) and Loschwitz (right Bank)

The Blue Wonder was completed in 1893 and opened on 15 Jul 1893 as the fifth Dresden Elbe bridge. today it is one of the landmarks of the city and was nominated in 2007 for the award Historic Landmark of Civil Engineering in Germany.

A Stamp and Postcard was issued in 2000.
