Joint Issue of stamps Portugal -Philippines 2016 on Flowers.
To mark 70th Anniversary of establishment of Diplomatic relations between Portugal & Philippines a set of two stamps was issued by Portugal on 24 Oct 2016. The theme of stamps was flowers . The rosmaninho -maior (Lavandula pedunculata) a kind of Lavender represents Portugal whereas Arabian Jasmine represents Philippines.
