Charlotte “Lotte ” Lehmann (27 Feb 1888- 26 Aug 1976) was a German Soparno associated with German repertory. She gave memorable performances in operas of Richard Strauss,Richard Wagner,Ludwig Van Beethoven,Puccini,Mozart and Massenet.
Ludwig von Beethoven (17 Sep 1770- 26 Mar 1827) was a German composer and Pianist.He was born in Bonn and died in Vienna. He remains one of the most recognised and influential composers.His best known compositions include 9 Symphonies,5 Piano Concertos, 1 Violin Concerto, 32 Piano Sonatas, 16 string quartets, a mass the Missa solemnis and an Opera Fidelio.
He worked with Neefe as assistant Court organist in Bonn between 1783 to 1785 In 1786 he moved to Vienna .
Surinam issued a set of stamps to mark his 200th Birth Anniversary on 25 Oct 1970.

One of his four coronation anthems Zadok The Priest (1727) composed for the coronation of George II has been performed at every susequent British Coronation.
Frederic Chopin (1810-1849) was a Polish composer and virtuoso Pianist of romantic era who wrote primarily for solo piano.
Joseph Haydn (1732-1809) was an Austrian Composer of classical period. He was instrumental in development of chamber music such as Piano trio which earned him the epithets “Father of Symphony” and “Father of String Quartet”.
