St Martin–  It has a Population of 3763 (2011 Census).Nations Capital. St Martin of Tours is the Patron Saint of St Martin and Grouville. Their badges are similar. Both Badges are based on arms of the King of Hungary. It has seven bars to distinguish it from St Martin of Grouville. 10p stamp features this Parish.

St John–  It has a Population of 2911 (2011 Census). The Maltese Cross is the emblem of the Knights of St John at Jerusalem(Knights Hospitallers). The Maltese Cross is set on a green background to recognise the old name for the Parish Church, St John of the Oaks, though the Church was dedicated to St John the Baptist. 13 p Stamp features the St John Parish.

Mudhol Hound – It is a desert variety of gaze hound found scattered all over Maharashtra and mostly kept by Tribals. The Raja of Mudhol, a princely state of Karnataka, trained these dogs for hunting. The Raja of Kohlapur also patronised this breed. Quiet, aloof and placid it hunts with concentration.

Rajapalayam -It is an all-white dog built on the lines of Great Dane. The eyes are brown and pink nose is distinctive. Traditionally used as Sheepdog but figures in battle accounts also. The state of Pudukottai had a regiment of Rajapalayam Dogs to fight the enemy. Although a brave hound it is gentle and everyone’s friend.

Rampur Hound -The most well known Indian Breed. The Rampur Hounds are elegant dogs featured in Mughal miniatures. They come from Rampur of erstwhile Rohilkhand of Uttar Pradesh state of India. These are medium-sized, muscular, powerful built for great speed and endurance. Mostly brindle or mouse grey in color.

St Brelade – It has Population of 10,568 (2011 Census) and second largest Parish by surface area. Legend has it that St Brelade prayed for land whilst searching for islands of  Blest. An Island arose from the sea on which he celebrated Easter. As he departed so did the island. It was an enormous fish sent in his answer to prayers. The fish is the crest on Coat of arms. The 7p stamp features Parish of St Brelade.
