Trinidad & Tobago issued a bottle-shaped stamp on 27 Jan 2000 to mark 175th Anniversary of Angostura Bitters.
Angostura Aromatic Bitters was started in 1824 by Dr Johann Siegert. It was bitters used as medicinal Tincture to alleviate stomach ailments. Angostura is a town in Venezuela. DrSiegert served as Surgeon General in Simon Bolivar’s Army moving to Angostura , Venezuela from Germany in 1820. In 1870s Dr Siegert sons migrated to Trinidad and one of them Don Carlos Siegert pioneered the brand Angostura Bitters as an integral ingredient in cocktails and food.

A Se-tenant block of 10 stamps was issued by Malaysia on 13 Jun 2011 featuring stamps on Virtues. One of the stamps on “Thank You” does not contain a description in Tamil Language and was withdrawn soon after release. A corrected version was subsequently released on 18 Jul 2011. All stamps are of 60 Sen denomination.
Postcards on Bangalore City – Victoria Hospital Bangalore
A Postcard issued by Karnataka Postal Circle in 2015 featuring the Victoria Hospital Bangalore. The Foundation stone of Victoria Hospital was laid on 22 Jun 1897 by Kempananjammani Avaru, the then Maharani of Mysore to commemorate 60 Years of Queen Victoria’s reign. It was formally inaugurated on 08 Dec 1900 by Lord Curzon, the then Viceroy of India. It is now renamed as Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and is the largest hospital in Bangalore with 1000 beds.
