Genoa Football and Cricket Club commonly known as Genoa is a professional Italian Football and Cricket Club based in the city of Genoa.It was established on 07 Sep 1893.It is Italy’s First official football team. Genoa has won Italian Football Championships nine times and has mostly played in Serie A and B of Italian league. Its Cricket Club plays in Serie A of Italian Cricket League.
San Marino issued a stamp on 13 April 2013 to commemorate 120th Anniversary of Genoa Cricket and Football Club.
The XVI – 2004 National Sports Week also called PON XVI was held from 02 Sep to 14 Sep 2004 in Jakabaring Sports Complex in South Sumatra just 5 kms from Palembang in Indonesia. More than 5660 athletes took part in 41 sports and 607 events and 8 Paralympic/handicapped sports. It was also known as Sumsel 2004 .

It is called Sepak Takraw in Indonesia and Singapore. It allows the players to touch the ball only with feet,chest,knee and head . It has been part of Asian Games since 1990 Beijing Asian Games. India won a Bronze Medal in Team Regu at 2018 Asian Games.
Youth Olympic Games (YOG) is an international multi-sport event organised by the international Olympic Committee every four Years. The First edition of Summer Youth Olympic Games was held in Singapore from 14 August to 26 August 2010 while the first Winter Youth Olympic Games was held in Innsbruck, Austria from 13 to 22 January 2012. The age limit for participation in these Games is 14 to 18 years. The original idea for such an event was introduced by an Austrian industrial manager Mr Johann Rosenzopf in 1998. The concept was in response to the growing global concerns about childhood obesity and low levels of participation of youth in sporting activities.
The initial response of IOC to holding of a purely sporting event for Youth was negative. It was decided to include Cultural and Education program as part of games. Mr Jacques Rogge,the then IOC President ,formally ratified the plans for Youth Olympic Games at the 119th IOC Session in Guatemala City on 06 July 2007. Singapore was chosen to host the First Summer Edition on 21 February 2008. The scond edition was held in Nanjing China in 2014 .

3rd Youth Olympics are currently being held in Buenos Aires ,Argentina.Manu Bhaker India’s ace shooter was the Flag Bearer for India at the Games.
India has won three Gold Medals and Seven Silver Medals on First Ten days of the Games.Indian Men’s and Women’s Hockey teams win Silver at Youth Olympics.

Pakistan issued a stamp to commemorate the First Youth Olympic Games held in Saingapore. The Stamp was released on 14 August 2010. The stamp features logo of Games and athletes in action . A First Day Cover with stamp and First Day of Issue Cancellation of Karachi Philatelic Bureau is listed.
Singapore issued a set of Four stamps on 14 Aug 2010 to honour these Games. The stamps feature Lyo and Merly , official mascots for these Games.Lyo is a red male Lion while Merly is a blue female Merlion.

Brooks Koepka of USA ,this year’s US Open and PGA Championship winer ,was announced as US PGA Tour Player of the Year,having won a vote by tour players.The 28 -year-old american captured the Jack Nicklaus trophy after a historic and eventful 2017-18 season that saw him defending US Open crown at by winning at Shinecock and then denying Tiger Woods a 15th major title by winning the 100th PGA Champioship at Bellerive.
A Special cancellation on Penfold PGA Championships held at Royal St George ,Sandwich from May 28-31 1976. It was a European Circuit Tournament and was Won by Neil Coles of England in 1976.
The FIFA U-20 World Cup is a biennial football World Championships organised by FIFA for U-20 male players. It was first held in 1977 in Tunisia. Until 2005 it was known as FIFA World Youth Championships.
The 22nd edition of FIFA U-20 World Cup will be held in Poland from 23 May to 15 Jun 2019. The 2017 edition held in South Korea and England won the Cup beating Venezuela in the Finals.
The 2003 edition was held in UAE and was known as FIFA World Youth Championships. EMIRATES 2003 was won by Brazil defeating Spain 1-0 in the Finals. It was the 14th edition of the Cup.
