Nallur B N Shantharam- Special Covers India 2017
Nallur B N Shantaram (1936-2012) was born in Uttara Kannada District.In 1950 he moved to Davangere and formed the Jewellers Association. He also brought out nine films under “Vijayadurga Combines”.
A Special cover was released in his memory on 20 Jan 2017 at Davangere.
