Norman Percevel Rockwell (03 Feb 1894 – 8 Nov 1978) was an American Painter, author and illustrator. His works graced the covers of Saturday Evening Post magazine for 47 Years. His work Serenade appeared in Saturday Evening Post Cover on 30 Aug 1924.It depicts a young man serenading his sweetheart on a split log bench. He was associated with Boy Scouts of America for 64 Years.
