Shri L V Prasad (1908-1994) has the singular honour of appearing in first talkie films of Hindi,Telugu and Tamil. As an actor ,director,producer and studio owner he has several noteworthy achievements to his credit. He founded the Prasads group including L V Prasad Color Lab . He was awarded the “Dada Saheb Phalke Award ” in 1982 and Filmfare lifetime achievement award in 1992.
