V Care Foundation – Cancer Survivor’s Day – Special Cover 2010
V Care foundation is a voluntary support group dedicated to providing free help.hope ,awareness & education to cancer patients and their families through outreach programs.
It is based in Mumbai and celebrates its foundation day as Cancer Survivors’ Day every year . The First Cancer Survivors’ Day was celebrated in 1995. A Special cover was released in Mumbai on 19 Feb 2010.
