Special Covers on Police Forces of India – Uttarakhand Police -Colour Presentation -2008.
I am listing some special covers on Police Forces and Para Military Forces of India. A Police War Memorial has been dedicated to the Nation on 21 Oct 2018 in New Delhi to coincide with Police Commemoration Day. A Museum with Philatelic section has been established and some of these covers may have been displayed there also.
Uttarakhand Police was Presented with Colours in a Ceremony held in Dehradun. A Special Cover to mark the Presentation of Colours was released in Dehradun on 04 April 2008.
