Marshall islands an Island country in the Pacific Ocean issued a set of eight stamps on Legendary Chevrolet Cars on 01 Sep 1998. These stamps were issued in minisheets of eight and each with a denomination of 60 cents.

The cars featured are

1957 Corvette – The 1957 Chevrolet Corvette became America’s First true sports car. The V-8 fuel injected ’57’ Vette generated an awesome one horsepower per cubic inch of displacement ,was capable of screaming from 0 to 60 in 5.7 seconds reaching a top speed of 132 mph.

1957 Bel Air Car – The 1950s were a time of rock ‘n’ roll music and carefree area. With a brilliant gold “V” on the front  The Super-Turbo-Fire 283-cubic -inch V-8 produced an incredible one horsepower per cubic inch 1957 Bel Air was a brilliant Car of the 1950s era.
