Postmen Postage Stamp Pack – Tamil Nadu 2005.
A new scheme was introduced on 18 Jul 2005. Postmen were to carry and sell Postage Stamp Packs of Rs100 and Rs 200, containing stamps of Rupees Five. The cover designs of each Postal Circle were different.
