Bhutan used cover -Rowland Hill -1980
Bank of Bhutan sent a Registered Cover from Phuntsholing Post Office (Bhutan)to Asansol (India). A 10 Nu stamp issued by Bhutan on 15 Mar 1980 has been used. The stamp was issued to commemorate 100th Death Anniversary of Sir Rowland Hill (1795-1879). It is difficult to find such used covers.
