Bhutan issues stamps on World Cup Winning teams.

Bhutan issued a set of stamps to commemorate the 1998 FIFA World Cup Football held in France. A miniature sheet containing nine stamps of 10 Nu each was issued on 09 Oct 1997. It featured the World Cup Winning teams.
