China Consumers’ Association (CCA) was set up on 26 Dec 1984. The 10th Anniversary of Movement of Protecting Consumer Rights and Interests was celebrated in 1994. China Post issued a Prestamped envelope on 26 Dec 1994 to mark the 10th Anniversary of CCA.
