APS Cover Sep 2018 -Platinum Jubilee 40 Field Regiment(Asal Uttar)
APS Cover issued on 07 Sep 2018 to mark Platinum Jubilee of 40 Field Regiment(Asal Uttar). The unit was raised in Risalpur (Now in Pakistan) on 01 Feb 1943 as 8 Indian Field Regiment. It was awarded the Battle Honour “Asal Uttar” during the 1965 Indo-Pak War.
