Intercity-Express (ET 403) or ICE 3 is an electric high-speed multiple-unit train run by Deutsche Bahn or German Railways. It includes classes 403, 406 & 407. It was put in service in 2000 and was designed by Siemens. Such trains are also being run in other European countries such as Spain, Russia, the UK , Turkey etc.
ICE 3 runs on Cologne -Frankfurt route.
