APS Cover issued on 25 Apr 2019 to mark 150th Raising Day 2nd Battalion The Jammu & Kashmir Rifles. It was raised on 25 Apr 1869. it has seen action in WW I, WWII and UN Peace Keeping Operations. It was awarded a Victoria Cross in 1891(Lt  Manner Smith)
