ICC U 19 Cricket World Cup 2008 – Commemorative Cover Nepal.
The First ICC U19 World Cup was held in 1988 as Youth World Cup and the next one was held only in 1998 and thereafter every two years. The 13th ICC U19 World Cup is scheduled to be held in South Africa from 17 Jan to 09 Feb 2020.
The 7th ICC U19 World Cup was hosted by Malaysia from 17 Feb -2 Mar 2008. 16 teams took part and India beat South Africa in Finals at Kuala Lumpur by 12 runs (D/L method) to win the World Cup. It was India’s second World Cup Trophy.
