Traditional Foods – Costa Rica 2019.

Costa Rica issued a set of two stamps on Traditional Foods in 2019 under the UPAEP theme. A miniature sheet was also issued.

445 colon- Ceviche  – A traditional food which probably originated in Peru. Also known as cebiche,  seviche or sebiche. It is seafood cocktail using fresh raw fish marinated in citrus fruits specially lime juice and spiced with chilli peppers , aji and garnishings of tomatoes , onions , corriander etc

945 colon – Rice and Beans
