01 Oct is celebrated as World Post Card Day every Year. Though the use of Post Card over the past 15-20 years may have reduced but yet it remains one of the most powerful mediums to express your feelings and convey them to your friends , family , near and dear ones and well wishers.

On 01 Oct 2020 a set of 12 Postcards were released by India Post with 12 Pictorial Cancellations from Different Postal Circle on the theme of Traditional Toys. A Special Cover was also released by CPMG Karnataka Circle in Bengaluru.
