On May 10th, 2023, one postage stamp with value of 380 AMD depicts the dish “Pasuts Tolma” dedicated to the theme “Armenian Traditional Cuisine” has been put into circulation.
Pasuts Tolma is one of the traditional dishes of the Armenian cuisine. It is prepared with beans, lentils, chickpeas, peas, and groats, wrapped in cabbage or grape leaves. Pasuts Tolma is considered a festive dish and prepared mainly during the Great Lent.
