Estonia Europa 2023 – Peace – The Highest Value of Humanity
In order to issue this year’s EUROPA 2023 stamp, PostEurop organised a stamp design competition called ‘Peace – the highest value of humanity’. The competition was won by POST Luxembourg and the stamp was designed by artists Linda Bos and Runa Egilsdottir.
Estonia issued a 2.60 Euro stamp on 25 May 2023.
