2023 World Athletics Championships Budapest – Hungary

The 19th Edition of World Athletics Championships are being held in Budapest from 19th to 27th August 2023. Hungary is hosting the Championships for the First time.

Hungary issued a 960 florint stamp on 12 May 2023 to commemorate the event. The event is the culmination of Diamond Leagues and Other Track and Field Events . Will also allow Athletes to qualify for Paris 2024 Olympics , Asian Games 2023 and other Regional Level events.

For Indian Fans – Neeraj Chopra is expected to bag Javelin Gold, two other Indians have qualified for Javelin Final . Indian Men’s 4X400 relay team has entered the Finals . Both events are slated to be held later today.
