Special Cover India 2023 – Chandrayaan -3

As part of Lunar exploration missions the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched the Chandrayaan 3 mission on 14 July 2023 . It consisted of the lander named Vikram and a lunar rover called Pragyan. Lander Ikram touched down at Lunar South Pole region of Moon on 23rd Aug 2023 making India the first country to land in Lunar South Pole region. The Rover since then has been deployed on Moon surface and is sending data to ISRO.
