World Water Day – 22 Mar 2025

Since 1993 , World Water Day is celebrated on 22nd Mar every year. It aims to focus on the importance of Freshwater and support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 6 – Water and sanitation for All by 2030. It also aims to raise awareness of the 2.2 Billion people living on the planet without access to safe water.

The Theme of World Water Day 2025 is “Glacier Preservation”
