APS Covers 2017 – Tri Services Veterans.

Field Marshal K M Cariappa, OBE the first Indian Commander -in-Chief of Indian Armed Forces retired from Service on 14 Jan 1953. As a mark of respect and recognition 14 Jan is celebrated as Veterans Day and 14 Jan 2017 was the First Armed Forces Veterans Day.

APS released a Cover on 14 Jan 2017 to mark Tri-Services Veterans Day.
