First Balloon Mail Centenary 1970 -Special Cover INPEX

During the INPEX 70 exhibition , A Souvenir cover was released on 21 Nov 1970 at New Delhi. It was marked by a Special catchet in Green carrying details of the flight and Pilot name as Nini Boesman. Mr Viswabandhu Gupta was the other Pilot.
