Sri Lanka issued a set of 10 stamps of Rupees 2.50 denomination to mark 2550th Anniversary of Buddhist era. The stamps were issued on 05 May 2006. A sheetlet containing the ten stamps is listed. These stamps feature various Rock and Wall Paintings.

Ancient Sri Lanka – Polonnaruwa Era -Language, Trade & Money.

Sri Lanka issued a set of stamps on Ancient Sri Lanka on 23 June 2009. One of the stamps feature the Polonnaruwa Era and it depicts Galpotha Inscription of King Nissankamalla and obverse and reverse of the coin of Queen Leelawathi (1197-1212).This coin is also known as Copper Massa Coin of Lilawati.
