Beit Al Qur’an is a unique Islamic International Institution dedicated to service the Holy Qu’ran. It is located in Manama, Bahrain and has Al Furqan Library, Al Hayat Museum, Al Khalifa Lecture Hall, Yousif Bin Ahmed School for Quranic Studies & Abdul Rahman Kanoo Mosque. Bahrain issued three stamps and a First Day Cover on 18 Feb 2001 on its 10th Anniversary.
To highlight industrial development in Bahrain an Industrial exhibition was held in 2000 on theme “Made in Bahrain”. A set of three commemorative stamps were issued by Bahrain on 09 May 2000. All three stamps feature a potrait of the Amir H.H SH Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa.
