Brochure – Pakistan Winner of ICC Champions Trophy Stamps 2017
The Eighth Champions Trophy Cricket ODI Tournament was played from 01 Jun to 18th Jun 2017 in England and Wales. Top eight ranking teams of the World were drawn in two groups.The final was played between India and Pakistan at Oval ,London. Pakistan defeated India by 180 runs to win the trophy.
Pakistan On 02 Nov 2017 Pakistan issued a set of three Commemorative Postage stamps of Rs 10/- each and a Souvenir sheet of Rs 50/- to Commemorate this Victory. The stamps and Souvenir sheet show the Flags of all the playing countries including India and the sheet also show Indian Players in the field.
The stamps have been printed by National Security Printing Corporation ,Karachi and one lakh (0.1 Million) stamp of each variety and 50,000 Souvenir sheets have been printed.
