Papua New guinea issued a set of four stamps on 26 Jun 1968 on the theme Human Rights Year and Universal Suffrage. The designs on the stamps were

5c – Flame and Head dress

10c – Human Rights in the World (abstract)

20c – Leadership- Universal Suffrage (Abstract)

25c -Leadership of Community -Universal Suffrage (Abstract).
