2600th Sambuddhatva Jayanti Vesak Festival -Stamps of Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka issued a set of Six stamps on 2600th Sambuddhatva Jayanti Vesak Festival .The stamps feature teachings of Buddhism. The Five rupees stamp were issued on 29th April 2011. The teachings are

- Let us take care of Parents and respect them
- Let us help sick
- Person who practises Buddhism illuminates the entire World
- Let us build an antinarcotic society.
