Rainbow on Stamps – Thailand 1989
Thailand issued a set of four stamps on 14 Jan 1989 on National Children’s Day. The stamps feature Plasticine Paintings by Blind People. A 2 Baht stamp features Rainbow and a painting “Golden Fish” by Natetip Korsantirak .
