Germany released a set of two stamps on Classic Cars on 02 Apr 2015
145 Euro Cent – BMW 507 – Roadster produced by BMW from 1956-59. Intended for export to USA @ 1000 Cars /year but was too expensive and only 222 cards produced. Designed by Albert Von Goertz it was a 3168 cc /M507/1 V8 engine two door convertible.
145 Euro Cent – Mercedes Benz 220 S(W111)- W111 was chassis code given to cars built between 1959-65. Also called Fintail . Four door Sedans and Two Door Coupes were produced.It had 2.2 litre engines.
