The Four Mythical Animals – Stamps of Bhutan 2016.
Deeply rooted in Bhutanese believe the four mythical animals are Tak (Tiger), Seng (Snow Leopard), Chung (Garuda) and Druk (Dragon).
Tak -Tiger – It stands for Confidence, Dignity, Discipline and Modesty. Guru Rinpoche came riding on a flying tigress.
Seng – Snow Leopard – It stands for Vitality, Dignity and Purity.
Chung – Garuda – It stands for fearlessness and Power.
Druk -Dragon – It stands for elegance, generosity, Calmness and Achievements.
