The 16th SAARC summit was held in Thimpu ,Bhutan on 28-29 April 2010 .Bhutan issued a NU 25 stamp on this event. The stamp shows Flags of all member countries. A FDC with stamp and cancellation is shown.
Blue Moon Rose– Beautiful,highly scented, large lilac blue blooms on this ever popular hybrid tea rose. One of the earliest and most successful blue roses that will flower through summer and autumn.This can grow upto 70-90 cm.

Tashichho Dzong is a Buddhist monastery and fortress on the northern edge of the City of Thimpu in Bhutan on the western banks of Wang Chu river. It has been the seat of Bhutan’s Government since 1968 and presently houses the Throne room and offices of King, The Cabinet Secretariat and ministries of home affairs and finance. Other Government offices are housed in buildings south of Dzong.
