Miniature Sheets on Fourth Druk Gyalpo – Bhutan 2015.
Jigme Singye Wangchuk was born on 11 November 1955. He was the Fourth Druk Gyalpo or King of Bhutan from 1972 to 2006. Bhutan Post issued a set of miniature sheets on his 60th Birth Anniversary on 11 Nov 2015.
The Fourth Miniature sheet contains four hexagonal stamps of 15 Nu each and shows the Fourth and Fifth Gyalpo. The Theme of Miniature Sheet is “Transition of Destinies ”. One of the stamps shows Jigme Singye Wangchuck & King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk with Mr Narendra Modi, The Prime Minister of India.
