Congress for Communications via Satellites was held in Paris in 1971. Dubai issued a set of stamps. The stamps featured
60 Dirhams – Map of transmitting and receiving stations, Satellites
1 Riyal- Rocket, Ground Stations and “INTELSAT 4 ” satellites.
5 Riyal – Eiffel Tower and Goonhilly satellite earth station in Cornwall England
