Berthe Marie Pauline Morisot (1841-1895) was a French Painter who became known as an Impressionists and was one of the “les trois grandes dames”
Her painting “The Cradle” was created as an oil painting in 1872 and feature on a stamp issued by France on 09 Oct 1995 to mark her 100th Death Aniversary.
