Florida – State Bird – Northern Mockingbird. It was adopted as the official state bird in 1927.
State Flower- Orange Blossom was designated as the state flower of Florida in 1909. The blossom of the Orange tree is one of the most fragrant flowers in Florida. Citrus fruits specially oranges are major part of Florida’s economy.
