Gastronomy of Azerbaijan – 2005
Azerbaijan issued two stamps on Gastronomy of Azerbaijan. It was EUROPA theme also.
Parcha doshamya Pilaff (1000 manat) – Quantity 50,000 – Pilaffs is dish of rice with lamb made with lot of dry fruits like walnuts,apricots and raisins.
Vegetable Dolmasy (3000 manat) – Quantity 50,000- Appetizers of Armenian origin. Served in Grape leaves with stuffing of rice lamb, onion. Grape leave rolls are served with yoghurt and cinnamon.
