Monaco issued a set of four stamps on EUROPA 2005 theme of Gastronomy.

0.53 Euro – Barbagiuans – Dumplings with Spinach and rice fillings.

0.53 Euro – Pissaladiere – Culninary speciality originating from Liguria. Compared to Pizza but dough is thicker and toppings are caramelised onions and black olives.
