Europa Gastronomy – Monaco 2005.
Monaco issued a set of four stamps on EUROPA 2005 theme of Gastronomy.
0.53 Euro – Salted Chard Pie – Swiss Chard, red pepper flakes ,red onion ,olive oil and lemon juice
0.53 Euro – Fougasse and Biscuits – French version of Italian Focaccia bread, instead of loaves made inti bisciuts. Cornmeal , olive oil, yeast sea salt. Served with tea , coffee , hot chocolate or even wine.
