Award of President’s Colour to INS Valsura – Special Cover India 2022
INS Valsura is a premier training establishment of the Indian Navy. It is entrusted with the responsibility of imparting training to officers and sailors of the Indian Navy, Coast Guard and friendly foreign countries in electrical , electronics, weapon systems and Information Technology. It was established in 1942.
INS Valsura was awarded the President’s Colour on 25th Mar 2022 by The President of India. A Special Cover was released on 25th Mar 2022 at Jamnagar , Gujarat.
