UPHILEX 2022
The 12th UP state Philatelic Exhibition was organised at Lalit Kala Academy , Aliganj , Lucknow from 15th to 17th Oct 2022. 304 Frames were displayed. Some of the exhibits were very interesting and school children were there in large numbers to enjoy the exhibition . Senior Philatelists and some Young Budding Philatelists were also seen . 14 Special Covers were released on First Day and 06 Special Covers were released on 2nd Day.
