First Day Cover Frances Perkins -USA 1980

Frances Perkins (10 Apr 1880- 14 May 1965) was a sociologist and  workers rights advocate who served as US Secretary of Labor from 1933-45 ,the longest serving in that position and was the First Woman appointed to US Cabinet.
