Muhammad Luthfullah Khan (1916-2012) was an Author ,collector, archivist and hobbyist from Pakistan. He is best known for his voice recordings of Politicians,artists,poets,writers and eminent Personalities of Pakistan and South Asia.

He was born in Chennai (then Madras) in 1916 and had his basic education in Chennai. He worked for Indian Broadcasting Service and did a radio concert in Madras & played carnatic music in 1935. He migrated to Pakistan in 1947 and settled in Karachi. He started his advertising agency in 1951 and bought Sound Mirror audio tape recorder and thus began his unique collection of voice recordings.

A stamp was issued on 25 Nov 2012 to honour him. A FDC is listed.
