This is not a stamp related to textiles or printing textiles. It is an illustration of a Bhutanese individual printing a book page. Traditional Bhutanese books are loose leaf sheets of native paper made of about 5×12 inches long (roughly) that are kept tied in a stack between two hard covers tied with a ribbon.
